Seasonal pitch for tourers on peaceful family run park, a tranquil retreat set in five acres of beautiful Welsh countryside, seven miles south of Lampeter. The park is a perfect getaway for weekends or relaxing holiday breaks in the fresh air, with quiet country lanes to walk from the park entrance and only thirty five minutes from coastal resorts.
The park is open from 1st Mar - 31st Oct each year, awnings may be left erected from late spring onwards and caravans are sited/stored on the pitch. Pitches are positioned round the edges of the field with direct access to the park road; the central grass area is kept as an open green space so that everyone has good views. Well behaved dogs are welcome, cats are not allowed on the park.
The summer seasonal fee includes electric hook-up when the caravan is occupied; winter storage is available if required. Approved garden storage boxes may be positioned at the rear of the caravan to store tables, chairs, barbeques, awnings etc, this helps to keep pitches tidy. Caravans should be adequately insured and a ‘spring clean’ for the exterior of tourers early in the season can be arranged if required.
Amenities include clean toilet facilities with hot water to showers and washbasins. The laundry room has a deep Belfast sink, coin operated washing machine, tumble dryer and sinks with hot water for dishwashing. There is a toilet tank waste/grey water disposal point and bottled gas and toilet fluid sales. A good selection of tourist information is on display and there is a post box at the park.
Ffarmers village has a post office and a pub, which has a good reputation for its excellent restaurant, bar snacks and take-away meals. General convenience store/petrol station is five minutes drive.
